StackedTools provides free online financial calculators designed to help individuals understand retirement contribution limits, tax optimization strategies, and related financial planning concepts. The Service includes:

• →AI-generated plain-English explanations of calculator results via Anthropic Claude
• →An optional paid PDF export feature ($9 per export)
• →A free account system for saving calculator results

The information provided by StackedTools is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes:

4. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the IRS limits and tax rules used in our calculators are accurate and current. All limits are sourced from official IRS publications and updated promptly upon any IRS announcement. However:

• →IRS rules change. While we update promptly, there may be a period between an IRS announcement and our update where limits are temporarily stale.

5. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

6. Paid Features

The PDF export feature is priced at $9.00 per export. Payments are processed by Stripe. All purchases are:

• →Non-refundable once the PDF has been generated and downloaded
• →Processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your payment card details
• →Subject to Stripe's Terms of Service

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• ✗Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• ✗Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission
• ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service
• ✗Use the Service to generate content for competing services without permission
• ✗Misrepresent the source of any output from our calculators

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StackedTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or tax savings, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for most users is $0).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including calculator logic, UI design, written copy, and the StackedTools brand — is the property of StackedTools and is protected by copyright law. You may share links to our pages and quote our content with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
